I use to live in the same block from the Jam Cafe in Downtown Vancouver, yet never sat foot as there has always been a long 40 minutes wait to get in. I was in North Van and randomly stumbled upon another Jam Cafe.. best of all. There was no line!!! I have to say , it’s not all hype! The food is top rate! We had the pork belly benny. Oh lord, that sweetness and savory flavor was !! We also had the Fat Elvis Waffle - banana waffle with thick bacon. That too was !

I’ve visited several branches of jam cafes, but this one is by far the best! The spacious table arrangement and open layout make it feel far from cramped. The food is excellent—no need to say more—and the service is friendly! My love, the eggs benedict, is simply the best!

The girls working here were absolutely amazing, I don't usually write reviews but they were so kind, accommodating and had great recommendations. It's a VERY busy place but they all had a smile on their face! Not to mention the food was outstanding, huge portions and tasty drinks. My waitress recommended the tater tot bowl and it was amazing

Waw, what an amazing brunch place ! They received us 15 minutes before the closing and still took our order, and thank god they did ! Heavy and rich, for all the good reasons ! I highly recommend trying their pancakes, the eggs Benedictine salmon, and the French toast with fried chicken (especially the latest). A must try in North Vancouver!

I ordered the Buffalo Blue Benedict and it was amazing! The English Muffin was perfectly crispy and the hash browns were my favourite The portion sizes are huge and will definately stuff you. The only reason I'm gave a 4 for the food was due to the Eggs Benedict. The waitress asked how we would like our eggs cooked, we responded "soft" but when it came out it was more on the medium to boiled side. It didn't ruin the meal but I wished it was runnier. It may have continued cooking as it was coming out. Otherwise, I would definitely come back and order again!! We also ordered Fried Chicken Benedict, Apple Cinnamon French Toast, and the Farmer's Benedict. The bacon on the Farmer's Benedict was a perfect thickness and super crispy, definitely recommend.

Jam was seriously my most favorite meal during our 1 week stay in Vancouver. Friendly and attentive service, excellent food, and a bright/open space made for a great experience. I ordered the Walnut Pancakes with a side of bacon. The pancakes were a huge, delicious portion and so fluffy. The bacon was incredible - literally some of the best bacon I’ve ever had. My partner got the Blackstone Benny and the kids shared a fruit cup and side of bacon. Everyone was happy!

Jam Cafe is a must try on the North Shore. Portions here are extremely generous — so come hungry! The French toast sticks were incredible — crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. There is a huge variety of eggs Benedict and pancakes. The Benedict options are super creative — the buffalo chicken with blue cheese Benedict was next level — spicy, rich, and totally delicious. And the pancake menu is just as impressive. The cinnamon pancakes in particular looked amazing if you want a sugar high! It was definitely busy when we arrived, but things quieted down a lot in the afternoon by 2. And I have to say — the decor is actually quite charming ....those who know, know.

I recently visited Jam Cafe on Lonsdale and had an amazing brunch experience! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Whether you’re a brunch lover or just looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend Jam Cafe. I’ll definitely be going back!
